Return Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer you refund as per your request. To initiate a return:

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected. If you qualify for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used spice products unless they are defective or damaged. Please ensure the products are in their original, sealed condition if you intend to return them.
Shipping Fees
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect products). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
